I am the VP and head of design at Flipkart. I lead and manage all design and research initiatives focussed on improving the shopping, seller, and fulfilment experiences for the Flipkart, Shopsy, and Cleartrip apps. Earlier, I led UX Design at Myntra. Millions of Indians use Flipkart, Myntra, Cleartrip, and Shopsy apps everyday to shop for their favourite products and plan their travel.

As Sr. Manager, Product Design at Citrix, I worked on SaaS products that enabled users to work from anywhere, anytime. I also co-founded Trevue Innovations, a design-led consultancy based in Mumbai and Singapore. I started my interaction design and research career at Media Lab Asia, that was set up in collaboration with MIT Media Labs with the goal of bringing tech-led solutions to the masses in India.

I initiated Flipkart DesignDNA and the Myntra DesignMyx – design meet-ups with curated talks from design leaders, experts, and entrepreneurs. Together, these are the largest free design events in the country.

I studied interaction design and visual communication at IDC School of Design, IIT Bombay and architecture at School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi.
